On March 26, Vice Minister Ma Xiuhong met with the delegation of Missouri, jointly headed by Senator Claire McCaskill, Senator Christopher Bond and Governor Matthew Blunt of Missouri, in Beijing. Hereafter, the two Senators both attended the signing ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding between the Investment Promotion Agency of the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, the Trade Development Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and the Missouri Government of the United States concerning increasing trade and investment cooperation. The Vice IPA Director Zhang Yingxin, the Vice TDB Director Jia Guoyong and Missouri Governor Matthew Blunt, on behalf of their own part respectively, signed the three parties memorandum of understanding.
